Price adjust: The price will adjustable every three (3) months.
PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% P/B to Buyer’s bank issued by Seller’s bank.
DELIVERY: Every shipment delivery is within *0 days after receipt the
acceptable L/C.
PAYMENT: Payment payable by Irrevocable, non-transferable & *8% at
sight Letter of Credit in Seller’s favor. 2% balance after CIQ.
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS:
A) Complete set of “Clean on Board” shipped Bill of Lading at the loading port in 3 (three)
originals and 3 (three) copies made out to order, blank endorsed marked “freight prepaid”
notifying Buyer.
B) Provisional Invoice in five original indicating contract number, L/C number, name of
carrying vessel.
C) Packing list in one original and 2 copies.
D) Certificate of Quality in one original and 2 copies issued by CCIC or SGS at loading port
Certificate of Quality shall show actual result of the test of chemical composition.
E) Certificate of Weight in one original and 2 copies issued by SGS or CCIC at Loading port.
F) Certificate of Origin in one original and 2 copies.
G) One original and 2 copies draft survey report issued by SGS or CCIC.
H) ORIGINAL REGISTER OF EXPORTERS SECTOR (PES) ISSUED BY SECRETARY OF
TREASURY AND PUBLIC CREDIT: THREE (3) ORIGINALS AND THREE (3) ORIGINAL
COPIES.
I) Original of Exportation license issued by Secretary of Treasury and Public Credit: three (3)
originals and three (3) original copies.

PROCEDURE:
1. FCO issued by seller.
2. ICPO issued by buyer.
3. Seller issued Draft Contract to buyer with open for amended.
4. Signed contract by both parties.
5. Buyer’s bank issued L/C Pre-advice via MT***9 plus L/C Draft to buyer’s bank within 3
days.
6. Seller’s bank post 2% active P/B (Performance Bond) to buyer’s bank within 5 days.
7. Buyer’s bank issued active L/C to seller’s bank within 5 days.
8. Delivery commence follow the terms of contract.
